Where are my clips?

In your account. Sign in with your email and we send a one-time link, no password. Clips stay there for seven days, then the files are deleted.

My video is still waiting

Jobs are cut one at a time, paid jobs first. Your account page shows where yours is. If our cutter is offline your job keeps its place, and we email you when the clips are ready. You do not need to submit it again.

A video failed

Nothing was counted against your allowance. Private, age-restricted, members-only and live videos cannot be processed, and videos with no speech have nothing to caption. Paste a different public video, or try the same one again later.

Cancel my plan

Open your account and choose the cancel option. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Payments are final.

I paid but my account says Free

Your plan is attached to the email address on your payment receipt. Sign in with that address at your account.

Someone clipped my video

Choose "Report misuse" below and include the link to your video.
